Event Organising Committees should manage the risks associated with running events in hot weather and always seek to provide a safe environment for participation by riders, spectators and officials.

Guidelines have been created to help clubs/event organisers make informed decisions on managing their activities during hot weather.  

The Guideline for Event and Activiies on Hot Days is based on information obtained from EA, Sports Medicine Australia and The Bureau of Meteorology.  Guidelines for Events and Activities held on Hot Days
